AdminaHealth is currently looking for a Technical Process Documentation Writer who is seeking to be part of a high-energy, fast growing, world-class team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead in the technical documentation of processes and procedures
  • Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the AdminaHealth Platform
  • Use your technical skills and knowledge to produce high-quality documentation that is appropriate for its intended audience
  • Write user friendly online help and developer guides
  • Create user guides and manuals
  • Create and maintain the information library
  • Take an active role in protecting our connection culture built on trust and integrity as we grow rapidly
  • Have fun!

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Demonstrated working knowledge and experience with technical documentation
  • Familiarity with software development and the SDLC
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and make them easily understand through text and graphics
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work on multiple tasks with changing priorities
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Must be very detailed oriented
  • Excellent English
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently
  • Team player, providing support as needed to other areas of the business

  • DreamtSoft, SalesForce, ServiceNow, Mendix, Outsystem, and/or Pega Development and/or implementation Experience

Travel: this position may require minimal travel (20% or less) ongoing but will require several week-long trips initially while learning our systems and platform.
