Stamford Veterans Park Partnership Patriot Award Recipient
Since June 2005, Rick Redniss has co-chaired the Stamford Citizen of the Year program, sponsored on behalf of the City of Stamford by The Fred Robbins Post 142, Jewish War Veterans of the United States, which has awarded over $750,000 in scholarships in honor of 117 veterans.
For more than a decade, Rick, as President of Stamford Veterans Park Partnership, has led members of SVPP, veterans, civic leaders, volunteers, and community partners in transforming Veterans Memorial Park into a lasting tribute to service, sacrifice, and remembrance.
Please join us on October 28th as we celebrate his remarkable contributions and recognize his role in honoring veterans and their families and in helping preserve the legacy of those who have served our nation.
