Ernie Nieves is a seasoned hospitality leader with over 30 years of experience in food service and facilities management. Attended the College of Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management, he holds multiple certifications in food safety, leadership, and workplace excellence. Over his career, Ernie has held regional and executive roles with national organizations, overseeing multi-site operations across industries such as technology, healthcare, and education. In 2018, he founded Nieves Hospitality Solutions (NHS), a certified minority-owned company providing innovative, customized dining and facility solutions. What began as a single food truck has grown into a family of brands, including plant-based, Latin-inspired, and pizza-focused concepts, along with contract dining and catering services across New England. Ernie lives in CT, with his wife of over 30 years, Lori, and enjoys family gatherings, home projects, and time outdoors.
