About Us
Our vision is to expand access to affordable, quality higher education, support the development of a productive workforce, and contribute to the knowledge and well-being of our community. We pursue our vision by raising funds for NCC programs and scholarships, invest, administer and distribute funds so that students of all ages continue to benefit from challenging opportunities for self-improvement and intellectual growth, and inspire and engage our community to share talents and resources.
