The Primping Place Celebrates Grand Reopening with Ribbon Cutting and Community Giving

Stamford, CT – January 28, 2025 – The Primping Place has ushered in a new era of beauty and wellness with the grand reopening of its newly renovated location at 70 Mill River Street in Stamford. Friends, family, and clients joined Lisa Mecca-Primps, owner and founder, for an afternoon of celebration featuring mocktails, champagne, a raffle with the Grand Prize being a Jet Plasma “Red Carpet” Facial , and live demonstrations of the spa’s most popular treatments.

The highlight of the event was a ribbon-cutting ceremony officiated by Stamford Mayor Caroline Simmons, who praised Lisa’s dedication to her craft and her commitment to helping clients achieve their personal wellness and beauty goals.

As a gesture of gratitude and community support, Lisa announced the donation of 10 Flowpresso treatments, valued for their stress-reducing and sleep-improving benefits, to Stamford First Responders that include Firefighters, ER Staff, and Police. The donation will be presented this week and will be shown on The Primping Place’s Social Media pages on FB & IG. .

“The Primping Place has been a labor of love for over three decades,” Lisa said during her heartfelt speech. “This renovation marks a new chapter in our journey to help our clients feel more confident, healthy, and balanced.”
